摘 要 ：在云南西北部怒江峡谷，从川百合Lilium davidii Duchartre的一个群体中，首次发现了该种的三倍体个体。本文采用核型及酯酶同功酶分析的方法，以同一群体的二倍体(2n=24)为对照，对此三倍体进行了鉴定。它具有三组形态相同的染色体(2n=3x=36)，其栋型与二倍体的基本相似；酶谱也显示出三倍体和二倍体具有同源等位基因，三倍体还出现明显的基因剂量效应等变异特征。它应是二倍体川百合的自然同源增倍体。

Abstract:In a diploid population of Lilium davidii D. in north-western Yunnan, triploid of the species with 36 (2n) chromosomes was found for the first time. It was essentially coincident with the diploid ( 2n=24) in morphological characters as well as in karyotypical and isoesterasal features, and might be sure to be an autotriploid of the species.
