摘 要 ：在无菌培养条件下，研究了天麻授粉后不同天数种子的萌发率；并进行了果实、种子大小以及种皮中营养物质的观测。试验结果说明在果实开裂以前较长的一段时间内（约为从授粉到果实开裂所需时间的四分之一），种子的萌发率基本相等。

Abstract:The percentages of germination of the seeds of Gastrodia elata on different days after pollination were studied under sterile condition. The result shows that within certain period before the dehiscence of the capsule (about 1/4 of thetime required from pollination to dehiscence), the percentages of germination of different day old seeds are similar and higher than 85%.
