ioralscores,musculartensionandpainthresholdweremeasuredandcomparedHighperformanceliquidchromatography(HPLC)was
usedtodetectthecontentsofGABA,Gly,Glu,AspincerebralcortexTheproteinexpressionsofGABAreceptorsAα1,B;NMDA
receptorNR1,NR2AandNR2BincerebralcortexweredeterminedbyimmunohistochemistryassayTheresultsshowedthatthe
ShaoyaoGancaodecoctionat3∶1proportioncouldimprovethespasticparalysisstateafterstroke,significantlyimproveneurological
symptoms(P<001),decreasemusculartension(P<001)andimprovepainthreshold(P<005)ascomparedwithmodelgroup
