tracts(crudeherbconcentration50,100,150,200,250g·L-1)fromMoutanCortexwasdeterminedbyfluorospectrophotometry,in
dicatinganactivityagainstAGEsformationindiferentconcentrationsofextracts,theinhibitionratiowere(362±53)%,(435±
62)%,(554±78)%,(686±67)%,(704±82)%,respectivelyafter6dayreactioninadosedependentmannerBesides,
theformingspeedofAGEstendedtobesteadyafter24hreactionTheHPLCtechnologywasusedtoanalyzechromatogramsbeforeand
aftertheincubationofMoutanCortexandmethylglyoxal,identifychangesinfivechromatographicpeaksandshowdecreaseorincreasein
