摘 要 ：目的: 研究龙胆属红花龙胆Gentiana rhodantha全草的化学成分。方法: 采用硅胶,MCI,Sephadex LH-20,RP C₁₈柱色谱分离等方法对化合物进行纯化,并通过MS和NMR等波谱分析方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果: 从中分离并鉴定了16个化合物,分别为10个酚性化合物:1,3,7,8-四羟基NFDE8酮(1),rhodanthenone D(2),1,3,6,7-四羟基NFDE8酮(3),1,3,7-三羟基-4,8-二甲氧基NFDE8酮(4),槲皮素(5),异荭草素(6),芒果苷(7),1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-3,7,8-三羟基NFDE8酮(8),没食子酸乙酯(9),水杨酸(10);6个三萜类化合物:α-香树素(11),3-O-棕榈酸酯高根二醇(12),熊果醛(13),3-O-乙酰氧基熊果醇(14),熊果酸(15),2α-羟基-熊果酸(16)。结论: 化合物9,13,14为首次从龙胆科中分离得到,化合物1,3为首次从龙胆属中分离得到,化合物4～6,8,10～12,15,16为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the chemical constituents of Gentiana rhodantha. Method: To isolate the constituents, column chromatography over silica gel, MCI, Sephadex LH-20 and C₁₈ reverse-phased silica gel were used. Spectroscopic methods were used to elucidate the structures of the isolated compounds. Result: Sixteen compounds were isolated and elucidated as ten phonemic compounds, namely 1,3,7,8-tetrahydroxylxanthone (1), rhodanthenone D (2), 1,3,6,7-tetrahydroxylxanthone (3), 1,3,7-trihydroxy-4,8-dimethoxyxanthone (4), quercetin (5), isoorientin (6), mangiferin (7), norswertianolin (8), gallic acid ethyl ester (9) and salicylic acid (10), and six triterpenes including α-amyrin(11), erythrodiol 3-O-palmitate (12), ursolic aldehyde (13), uvaol 3-O-acetyl (14), ursolic acid (15) and 2α-hydroxyursolic acid (16). Conclusion: Compounds 4-6, 8, 10-12, 15 and 16 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 and 3 were obtained firstly from the genus Gentiana and compounds 9, 13-14 were firstly from the family Gentianaceae.
