摘 要 ：目的:研究白鲜Dictamnus dasycarpus干燥根皮的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱、Sephadex LH-20等方法分离,应用波谱方法鉴定其结构。结果:从白鲜皮中分离得到12个化合物,分别为白鲜碱(dictamnine,Ⅰ),酮(fraxinellone,Ⅱ),茵芋碱(skimmianine,Ⅲ),γ-崖椒碱(γ-fagarine,Ⅳ),β-谷甾醇(-βsitosterol,Ⅴ),黄柏酮(obacunone,Ⅵ),柠檬苦素地噢酚(limonin disophenol,Ⅶ),fraxinellonone(Ⅷ),汉黄芩素(wogonin,Ⅸ),如忒文(rutevin,Ⅹ),kihadinin B(Ⅺ),dasycarine(Ⅻ)。结论:化合物Ⅸ,Ⅺ为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅷ为首次从本植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective: To study the chemical constituents in bark of Dictamnus dasycarpus.Method: Isolation and purification were carried out on silica gel column chromatography,prepared thin layer chromatography and sephadex LH-20,et al.The structures were identified by spectral analysis.Result: Twevle compounds were obtained from bark of D.dasycarpus and the structures were determined as dictamnine(Ⅰ),fraxinellone(Ⅱ),skimmianine(Ⅲ),γ-fagarine(Ⅳ),β-sitosterol(Ⅴ),obacunone(Ⅵ),limonin disophenol(Ⅶ),fraxinellonone(Ⅷ),wogonin(Ⅸ),rutevin(Ⅹ),kihadinin B(Ⅺ),dasycarine(Ⅻ).Conclusion: Compounds Ⅸ and Ⅺ were isolated from genus Dictamnus for the first time,and compound Ⅷ was isolated from the species for the first time.
