摘 要 ：采用气 质联用技术，从胡椒根挥发油中分离鉴定出22种化合物，其中以反式 石竹烯为主，占51.2％。微量元素测定结果显示重金属含量均符合国家安全限量标准。

Abstract:Pepper　roots　contain　0.39% of essential　oil.By　GC MS　method,44　peaks and　22　compounds　were　obtained and identified.The　major　component　was　trans-caryophyllene　.The　trace　metal　content　analysis　showed　that the　heavy　metals　were　under　the　safety　level.
