摘 要 :采用气相色谱 质谱联用技术对干姜挥发油的化学成分进行了定性、定量分析,共分出107个峰,鉴定了66种成分,该挥发油主成分为莰烯、β-水芹烯和桉叶素。
Abstract:Sixty six chemical components of the essential oil from Rhizoma Zingiberis were identified.The contents of these components were determined by GC-MS.The major components were camphene,β-phellandrene and 1,8-cineole.
