摘 要 ：以甘草酸单铵盐标准品为对照,应用反相高效液相色谱法测定了甘草及其炮制品中甘草酸的含量。方法准确度高,重现性好,操作快速、简便。

Abstract:This paper presents a study on the drug-processing of the root of Glycyrrhiza uralensis . A HPLCmethod for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Glycyrrhiza uralensis and its proressed preducts been established.The methed is simple,speific and accurate. The recovery is 99.97% and the ralative standard deviation is 0.9%.
