摘 要 ：从远志根中得到7种生物碱,经理化常数和光谱分析鉴定为N₉-甲酰基哈尔满,1-丁氧羰基-β-咔啉,1-乙氧羰基-β-咔啉,1-甲氧羰基-β-咔啉,perlolyrine,降哈尔满和哈尔满。均为该属植物中首次得到,其中1-丁氧羰基-β-咔啉为未见报道的新化合物。

Abstract:1-Carbobutoxy-β-carboline, N₉-formylharman, 1-carboethoxy-β-carboline, 1-carbomethoxy-β-carboline, per- lolyrine, harman and norharman were isolated from the rhizorna of Polygala tenuifolia. The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic studies and chemical evidence. 1-carbobutoxy-β-carboline has not been seported before.
