摘 要 ：用定量法测定浙贝种子的活力,判断浙贝种子质量的优劣。结果表明,高活力种子的吸收度值为0.241～0.267,低活力种子的吸收度值为0.171～0.192,无活力种子的吸收度值为0.005～0.006。

Abstract:This paper presents a quantitative determination of the seed activity of Fritillaria thunbergii. The result shows that the optical density(O. D.) of highly active seeds is 0.241～0.247, of lowly active seeds is 0.171～0.192 and of inactive seeds is 0.005～0.006.
