摘 要 ：利用β-环糊精对救心油进行包合,考察温度、投料比、时间等因素对包合的影响,用气相色谱法对包合物进行含量测定,选出最佳制备工艺,经差示扫描量热分析法和粉末X-射线衍射法鉴定,证明包合物确已形成。

Abstract:The inclusion compounds of Jiuxin Oil with β-cyclodextrin were prepared.The influence of tempera-ture,ratio of host and guest molecules,stirring time on inclusion were observed.The quantitative determination wasperfoimed by gas chromatography.Inclusion compounds of Jiuxin Oil were confirmed by differential scanning calorime-try and powder X-ray diffractometry.
