摘 要 ：应用斑片钳方法,在Wistar大鼠单个心室肌细胞上,观察人参单体Rb₂对单钙通道活动的影响。用电子自旋共振法测定培养心肌细胞的自由基含量。证明Rb₂对钙通道有阻滞作用;对黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶所致自由基含量增多显著抑制。

Abstract:Based on the patch clamp technique,the effect of ginsenoside Rb₂ on the singlp channel activity of Ca²⁺ was ob-served through the single ventricular myocytes of wistar rats。 Electron spin resonance was used to measure the freeradical contents of cultured cardiomyocytes。It is proved that Rb₂ can inhibit the activities of single calcium channel andsignificantly antagonize the increase of free radical contents induced by xanthine-xanthine oxidase.
