摘 要 ：从列当科肉苁蓉属植物肉苁蓉CistanchedeserticolaY.C.Ma中分离和鉴定了两种抗衰老活性成分:D-甘露醇和肉苁蓉多糖。经化学分析和波谱测试D-甘露醇与标准品一致。肉苁蓉多糖是由鼠李糖、木糖、阿拉伯糖、半乳糖等单糖缩聚而成的杂多糖。

Abstract:From the dry bulbs of Cistanche deserticola a branch of orobahchaceae plant growing in Inner Mongoliatwo active antisenile constituents(D-mannitol and polysaccharide) were isolated and identified. Chemical analysis andspectroscopic tests show that D-mannitol corresponds to the authentic atandard ,and polysaccharide is condensed fromrhamnose,xylose,arabinose and galactose.
