摘 要 ：研究了润蒸结合法炮制品、药典法炮制品、生品草乌对“寒凝血瘀”证大鼠模型的血液流变性、血浆纤维蛋白原含量的影响，其中以润蒸结合法草乌炮制品效果为好。

Abstract:The effects of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii processed by moistening in combination with steaming method and bypharmacopoeial method as well as of the crude drug on haemorrheological nature and the plasma fibronogen contentand platelet aggregation rate in the rat model with syndrome of “accumulation of cold and blood stasis”were stud-ied,the result shows that the product processed by moistening in combination with steaming works best.
