摘 要 ：测定洋金花pH1～7各乙醇提取物中总生物碱、东莨菪碱和莨菪碱的含量,认为采用酸性乙醇法提取洋金花中的生物碱,其pH值控制在2～3为宜。
Abstract:The contents of total alkaloids,scopolamine and hyoscyamine were determined for various alcoholic extrac- tions of pH 1～7 of Datura metel,pH 2～3has been proved proper to be used in ethyl alcoholic extracting alkaloidsin D. metel.
