摘 要 ：采用直接蒸馏-大孔树脂-气相色谱法,以正十七烷为内标,对徐长卿中的丹皮酚进行了含量测定。结果表明,在所测浓度范围内,峰面积与被测物浓度的线性关系良好.r=0.9997。回收率为99.42%(n=5),RSD为2.28%。

Abstract:A method for the determination of paeonol in the root of Cynanchum poniculatum by macro-reticularresin-GC has been established. The experimental result shows that the standard curve is linear in the detection rangeand the recovery is 99.42% (RSD=2. 28%, n= 5).
