摘 要 ：建立了槟榔中槟榔碱含量测定的薄层扫描法,分别测定了进口、海南、广州三地槟榔中槟榔碱的含量,回收率102.3%,变异系数1.95%。三种槟榔槟榔碱平均含量分别为0.2191%、0.1896%、0.5607%。

Abstract:A TLC-donsitometrie method for the determination of arecoline in Semen Areeae(Areca eatechu) was established, and arecoline content in three Semen Arcane (Imported, Hainan, Guanzhou) was determined. The method is accurste, sensitive and simple. The recovery is 102.39% and the coefficient of variation of six asmplings is 1.95%. The are coline average content in the three Semen Arecae is 0.22%, 0.19%, 0.56% respectively.
