摘 要 ：丹参抑制小鼠肺栓塞模型血小板丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）生成，增加血小板超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活性，从而保护胶原加肾上腺素引起的肺栓塞，抑制血小板聚集。

Abstract:The Danshen Injection has been proved good for decreasing platelet malonaldehyde(MDA)levels inpulmonary thromboem bolisminduced by colagen and adrenaline in mice,as well as increasing the activity of su-pero-xide desmutase(SOD)in platelets,thus providing protection against pulmonary thromboembolism and inhi-bition of platelet aggregation.
