摘 要 ：本文选用牡荆、荆条、黄荆、羌活、高良姜、苍术、广藿香、石菖蒲八种挥发油与β-环糊精包接,探讨各包接物包接情况及其规律性,并通过TLC定性;GC、GC-MS测定包接前后各挥发油组成及主成分含量变化。用X衍射相分析检验包接物粉末包接与否。

Abstract:In this paper, 8 volatile oils obtained from Vitex negundo var cannabifolia (Sieb. et Zucc.) Hand-Mazz, V. negundo var. heterophglla (Franch.) Rehd., V. negundo L. Notopterygium incisium Ting., Alpinia officinarum Hance, Atractylodes lancea (Thunb,)DC., Pogostemon cablin Blanco and Acorus gramineus Soland, respedtively have been included with β-cyclodextrin. The inclusion conditions of the compounds and their regularities have been inuestigated. Changes in the composition and in the content of main components of each oil before and after inclusion have been determined by means of TLC qualitative analysis, GC and GC-MS. X-ray phase analysis has been used to test whether the inclusion powder has taken place
