摘 要 ：用HPLC测定蓝萼香茶菜叶中蓝萼甲素的含量,色谱柱Shim-pack CLC-ODS,流动相甲醇-水(70:20),测得蓝萼甲素含量为1.03%。

Abstract:This paper reports the quantitative analysis of glaucocalyxin A in the leaves of Plectranthus japonicus vat. glaucocalyx by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: column: Shim-pack CLC-ODS; mobile phase: methanol-water(70:30).The average content of glaucocalyxin A in the leaves is 1.30%.
