摘 要 ：采用豚鼠离体心乳头状肌和心房肌观察桔草挥发油对其生理特性的影响。结果表明桔草挥发油明显抑制心肌收缩力、抑制肾上腺素诱发的异常自律性、并延长心肌的功能不应期;但对兴奋性无明显影响。提示桔草挥发油可能具有抗心律失常的作用。

Abstract:In isolated guinea pig papillary muscles and atrium, Cymbopogon goeringii volatia oil (CGCO) markedly inhibited the contraction, prolonged the functional refractory perio(?) (FRP) and depressed epinephrine-induced automatability. The results suggested that CGCO may possess antiarrhythmic action.
