摘 要 ：本文以大黄总蒽醌为指标,对狼疮康复片,胶囊剂中大黄总蒽醌的溶出度进行了实验比较。大黄总蒽醌的溶出度,胶囊剂优于片剂,其T50的平均值分别为31.4和50.8分钟,经统计处理,两者有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。

Abstract:Comparison has been made of the release rate of anthraquinone in Rhubarb betweenLangchuang kangfu tablets and capsules.The rate in the latter turned out better than in theformer.The mean T_(50) appeared 31.4 and 50.8 minutes.The difference is significant as shownby statistics(P<0.01).
