摘 要 ：粉碎方法对枳壳挥发油的提取量、组分和组分含量均有明显的影响。在水中捣碎机、碎和碾碎三种粉碎法中，水中捣碎法最好，该法的优点为挥发油得率高，挥发损失小。

Abstract:The quantity extracted, constituents and their contents in essential oil from Fructus Aurantii were obviously influenced by the method of disintegration. Among stamp breaking in water, crusher-run and roiling, stamp breaking in water is the best method. The advantage of this method lies in higher percentage recovery of the oil and smaller loss in volatilization.
