摘 要 ：本文用薄层层析方法对复方黄连软膏进行了定性研究。并依据酸性染料比色法的原理,于波长420nm处测定了该制剂中黄连总生物碱的含量。本法简单易行,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Thin layer chromatography has been used in the qualitative study of Unguentum Coptidis Compositum. In accordance with the principle of acid dye colorimetry, the content of Coptis alkaloids in Unguentum Coptidis Compositum has been determined at λ420nm. The proposed method can be used to control the quality of the said unguentum.
