摘 要 ：从十字花科植物菘蓝(atis tinctoria L.)根中分离鉴定十种化合物。其中尿苷(Ⅰ)、次黄嘌呤(Ⅱ)、尿嘧啶(Ⅲ)、水杨酸(Ⅳ)、青黛酮(Ⅴ)、和胡萝卜甙(Ⅸ)六个化合物为首次从板蓝根中得到。并且,Ⅰ～Ⅳ对由ADP 诱导的家兔血小板聚集都表现出一定的抑制活性。

Abstract:The study of the root of Isatis tinctoria,a traditional Chinese medicine,has resulted inthe isolation and identification of ten compounds I-X .Six of them,uridine(Ⅰ）,hypoxanthine(Ⅱ）,uracil(Ⅲ）,salicylic acid(Ⅳ）,qingdainone(Ⅴ）and daucosterol(Ⅵ）,were isolated fromthis plant for the first time.In addition,compounds I-Ⅳ have shown a certain activity ofinhibition on the blood platelet aggregation induced by ADP.
