摘 要 ：本文对促进天麻等兰科药用植物种子萌发的7种真菌,进行了氨基酸、蛋白质、总糖、还原糖及微量元素含量测定。结果表明不同真菌上述物质的含量有差异。结合兰科植物种子萌发的生理特点,阐述了真菌促进种子萌发的物质机制。

Abstract:The contents of amino acids, protein, water-soluble sugar, reducing sugar and microelements in seven strains of seed-germination-promoting fungi were determined. It was found that the contents of primary products were different in these fungi. In the light of physiological characteristics of seed germination, the action mechanism of the products in promoting seed germination was discussed.
