Abstract:In order to determine the content of plasma cyclic nucleotide, mice were stomach perfused with Zuogui and Yuogui decoctions as well as normal saline for six days. The result shows that the decoctions have different effect on the content of plasma cyclic nucleotide of mice and that nourishing the Kidney-Yin and warming the Kidney-Yang act differently on the cyclic nucleotide system of the mice.
