摘 要 ：通过对大皂角与猪牙皂化学分析和抑菌作用的初步比较,发现二者中的总皂甙含量及不同溶剂萃取物得量基本相同,其薄层层析和紫外吸收光谱也未见明显差异,但抑菌作用不完全一致。

Abstract:The chemical components and bacteriostatic actions of the fruit of Gleditsia sinensis Lam. and G. officinalis Hemsl. are compared. It is shown that the contents of total saponins and all extracts from both species are almost the same. The TLC and UV also basically indistinguishable. But their hacteriostatic effects are somewhat different.
