摘 要 ：目的研究白芍药材的质量控制方法。方法采用高效液相色谱建立了白芍药材的HPLC的指纹图谱,收集了不同批次的47批样品进行测定,并使用聚类分析和主成分分析对指纹图谱进行了模式识别研究。结果主成分分析和聚类分析结果一致,样品分为药材和饮片两类。结论该方法可用于白芍质量控制及综合评价。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish a method for quality control of Radix Paeoniae Alba.Methods A high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed to establish the fingerprint of Radix Paeoniae Alba and 47 samples from various batches were analyzed.Cluster analysis and principal component analysis (PCA) were applied to study on HPLC fingerprint and chemical pattern recognition method.ResultsThe result of PCA and cluster analysis showed that the samples were divided into two types.The HPLC fingerprinting of Radix Paeoniae Alba，showing 10 characteristic peaks，was established from 47 batches of Radix Paeoniae Alba.ConclusionThe method provides an academic reference for the quality control of Radix Paeoniae Alba.
