Abstract:Objective To study the constituents of Salsola collina. Methods The chemical constitu-ents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods and their structures were elucidated byanalyses of spectral data and physicochemical properties. Results Three compounds were isolated andidentified as tricin-7-O-β-D-apiosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(I),tianshic acid(Ⅱ),and n-hentriacon-tanol(Ⅲ).Conclusion Compound I is a new compound named collinoside, compound Ⅱis isolated fromS. collina for the first time.
