Abstract: Object To study the chem ica l con stituen ts from the whole plan t of Abrus m oll is. M ethods-
Chem ica l con stituen ts were isola ted by column chroma tograph ic m ethods. And the ir structures were eluc i-
da ted by spectroscop ic m ethods. Results One isof lavone glycoside and three isof lavones were pur if ied and-
determ ined a s 8- m ethylretusin - 7- O - Β- D - glucopyranoside (Ì ) , retusin 8- m ethyl ether ( Ê ) , 4’,
7, 8- tr im ethoxy isof lavone ( Ë ) , and afrorm osin ( Î ). Conclusion A ll of these four com pounds are
f irst isola- ted from the plan t of A. rnoll is.

毛相思子中的异黄酮类成分

摘　要: 目的 研究毛相思子全草的化学成分。方法 用柱色谱法分离得到化学成分, 用光谱法测定其结构。结果纯化
出一个异黄酮苷和 3 个异黄酮成分, 分别是 8- m ethylrelusin - 7- O - Β- D - glucopyrano side (Ì )、retusin 8-
m ethylether (Ê )、4’, 7, 8- trim et Iloxyisoflavone (Ë ) 和 afro rmo sin (Î )。结论这 4 个成分均为首次从该植物中分
得。
