牧丹草(Leontice incerta Pall.),小檗科早春类短命植物 ,分布于我国新疆 、中亚等地
区 ,生长于砾石戈壁 ,早春融雪后始萌芽 ,花果期 4 ～ 5月 ,我们对其进行了核型的分析研
究 ,结果如下。
实验材料采自新疆奎屯市西戈壁铁道旁 ,凭证标本藏于石河子大学植物标本室(SHI ,
标本号W97012)。将植物种子置于冰箱内 4℃左右条件下萌发 ,待根长 0.5 cm 时取根尖
用0.05%秋水仙素溶液处理 2 ～ 4 h ,转入卡诺氏固定液固定 4 h ,水洗后用1 mol/L HCl水
解10 min ,改良苯酚品红染色液染色30 min至1 h ,常规压片 ,镜检观察 。染色体计数以20
个细胞的染色体数目比例最多为准 ,核型分析采用李懋学和陈瑞阳标准(Li &Chen ,
1985),根据体细胞分裂中期的染色体形态 ,取 3个较好的分裂中期染色体照片进行计数
并取平均值 ,染色体参数见表 1。染色体数目为2n=28(图 1),核型公式为 2n=2X=4M+
10m+12sm+2st(图 2),核型类型属于 2B型 。

The Reinforcing Method of Beam in A Concrete Frame Structure

Abstract:The paper expounds the checking methods about the crack of reinforcement concrete
beam and the reason analysis of crack , the choice of reinforcing methods and construction program.
It mainly expounds both certain special chemical preparation (shortened as chemical preparation)
and the application of soda-resisting glass fibre mortar in practice.
