不同生长调节剂提高香荚兰抗逆能力的研究

摘要:研究了 6 种不同生长调节剂脱落酸(abscisic acid , ABA , 5μg/ L)、膨大剂(CPPU , 5μg/ L)、那氏试剂
(778 诱导剂 , 5×106μg/ L)、烯效唑(uniconazole , 10 μg/ L)、长效 BR-120(0.2μg/ L)、几丁质(chitin , 10 μg/ L)
喷施香荚兰植株对其抗逆能力的影响.结果表明:各种处理后叶片内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶
(POD)活性提高和丙二醛(MDA)含量降低.其中 , 烯效唑的效果最佳 , 其次为 BR-120 , 其它调节剂也有一定
的作用效果.此外 , 还对 ABA 处理后随取样时间不同植株抗逆能力的变化作了初探.

the Stress Resistance of Vanilla

Abstract:Six grow th-regulators abscisid acid(ABA , 5μg·L-1),CPPU(5 μg·L-1), 778(5×106μg·
L-1),uniconazole(10 μg·L-1), BR-120(0.2 μg·L-1), and chitin (10 μg·L-1)were sprayed on the
leaves of Vanilla fo r studying of their ef fect on st ress resistance of Vanilla.The results showed that all the
used grow th-regulators increased the activities of supero xide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase (POD), and
decreased the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the leaves.Among these t reatments , uniconazole and BR
-120 had the best ef fect in order , the others had some ef fects too.Study w as also done to the change n stress
resistance ofVanilla along wi th the sampling t ime af ter ABA treatment.

Cloning and Expression of Human Collagen Ⅳα1 Chain NC1 Domain

Abstract:It has been found that many components of collagens such as Collagen Ⅹ Ⅴ , Ⅹ Ⅷ NC domain
can inhibit proliferation , mig ration of vessel endothelial cell as w ell as suppress tumor grow th and metastased.
Here a pair are designed if specif ic primers accordng to the uncleo tide sequence of human collagen Ⅳα1 chain
NC1 domain w hich repo rted , then total RNA was ex tracted from human placenta tissue and human collagen
Ⅳα1 chain NC1 domain w as amplified by RT -PCR.The result f rom nucleotide sequencing indicated that
there is single nucleo tide mutation f rom A to C at position 132 but deduced amino acid(Gly)is no t changed.
The human collagen Ⅳα1 chain NC1 domain was then cloned into prodaryotic expression vecto r pPROEXHTb
and overexpressed in E .coli BL21.
