Abstract:To study the genetic variation of the SCFgene CDS in different species,the genetic diversity of the CDS of SCF
gene sequences fromCapra hircus,Ovis aries,Bos taurus,Ceratotherium simum,Sus scrofa,Orcinus orca,Equus caballus,
Mustela putorius furo,Homo sapiens,Sorex araneus,Heterocephalus glaber,Rattus norvegicus,Chinchilla lanigera,Mus
musculus and Octodon degus were analyzed using the method of bioinformatics.The characteristics of composition of nucleic
acid sequences and amino acid sequences,leader peptides,signal peptide,trans-membrane topological structure and the second-
ary structure were also analyzed,and some of the foci of intense investigation on the function of SCF were reviewed.The re-
sults showed that a total of 294polymorphic sites were detected from 55sequences of 15species,from which 36hapolotypes
were sorted.The genetic diversity of the SCFgene CDS was rich among species.The theoretical isoelectric point of the se-
quences was widespread,most of the peptide chains were acidic,hydrophilic,with the N-terminal signal peptide and without
leading peptide.Soluble peptide had no transmembrane domain,while transmembrane type had a 23amino acid long transmem-
brane domain.The mainly secondary structures of these proteins wereα-helix,disorderly curly,extended chain andβ-corner.

  摘要:试验旨在研究以银合欢(Leucaena leucocephala)
叶粉(LLM)或辣木(Moringa oleifera)叶粉(MOLM)作为
日粮主要来源对生长兔生长性能、胴体性状和经济效益的影
响。60只加利福尼亚生长兔随机分为5组,即对照组、30%
LLM组、40%LLM组、30% MOLM 组和40% MOLM 组,
每组包括12只兔。试验从6周龄开始至12周龄结束。结
果表明,对照组和30% MOLM组可显著提高生长兔终末体
重和日增重(P<0.05),分别提高2040、2000g和31.6、
30.6g/d;30% MOLM组和对照组料重比最低,分别为3.2
和3.4,40%LLM 组料重比最高,为5.2。与对照组相比,
MOLM组可显著提高生长兔屠宰率(P<0.05)。与对照组
(1.1元)相比,30% MOLM组和40% MOLM组可分别增加
经济效益2.0和1.5元。综上所述,生长兔日粮中添加
MOLM至40%时未对其生长性能、胴体性状及经济效益产生
任何不利影响。
