Abstract:The extraction and separation method of SC-04 antibiotics was optimized, based on the analysis of the bacteria fermenting liquid stability and its antibacterial material polarity. The bacteriostatic spectrum analysis showed that the bacteriostatic spectrum of the separation product is wide, and had satisfactory inhibition effect to the most pathogenic fungi such as pepper phytophthora cactorum and bacteriostatic activity was strong.
