摘 要 ：本文用气相色谱-质谱联用方法分析鉴定了杭州产的加拿大一枝黄花的叶和花序的精油化学成分，其主要成分为异大香叶烯-D。
Abstract:The chemical constituents of the essential oil from leaves and flowers of Solidago canadensis in Hangzhou were identified by GC-MS. It was found that the major compound of the essential oil is iso-germacrene-D.
