摘 要 ：采用取样调查法 ,在按照群落演替系列将大青沟植物群落划分的苔草杂类草草甸 (群落 )、柳灌丛 (群落 )、油桦+杞柳 +茶条槭 (群落 )、水曲柳 (群落 )、蒙古栎 (群落 )和大果榆 (群落 ) 6种类型植物群落中 ,分别获得由真菌的相对密度、相对多度和相对生物量组成的综合指标 ,并计算出 Margalef的丰富度指数 ( R1 )、Menhinick的丰富度指数( R2 )、Shannon-wiener的多样性指数 ( H′)、Hill的多样性指数 ( N 1、N 2 )和 Pielou的均匀度指数 ( E)。结果表明 ,R1、R2的变化趋势为 Ⅲ>Ⅳ >Ⅱ>Ⅰ >Ⅴ >Ⅵ ,认为茶条槭 +杞柳 +油桦群落是菌物物种多样化中心 ,是保护区的“核心区”。 E1的变化为 Ⅲ>Ⅳ > Ⅰ> Ⅴ> Ⅱ> Ⅵ。 H′和 N1的变化趋势是Ⅲ > Ⅰ>Ⅳ >Ⅴ > Ⅱ>Ⅵ ,N 2也类似 ,为 > > > > > 。总之 ,在旅游干扰严重的区域和几乎没有干扰的区域内菌物的多样性比较单一 ,而受轻度干扰的区域内菌物多样性较为丰富 ,各种指数随着植物群落的演替呈先增后减的变化趋势。

Abstract:The plant communities in Daqinggou Nature Reserve were divided into 6 types according to their sere by the sampling method. They are Carex spp. (Community Ⅰ), Salix spp. (Community Ⅱ), Betula ovalifolia + Salix integra + Acer ginnala (Community Ⅲ), Fraxinus mandshurica (Community Ⅳ), Quercus mongolica (Community Ⅴ) and Ulmus macrocarpa (Community Ⅵ).
