Abstract: The hybrid rice combinations Gangyou 22, Ⅱyou 162 and Kyou 047 were used，and three seedling raising methods, include seedlings raising on wet land bed, on dry land bed and on plastic tray over wet land bed， were carried out. The rooting ability of seedlings and endogenous hormones contents were measured and the relationship of rooting ability, and endogenou hormones contents were analyzed. The results showed that, rooting ability of seedlings raising on dry land bed was stronger than that on wet land bed and on plastic tray. Rooting ability of Gangyou 22 was stronger than that of Kyou 047 and IIyou 162 under three seedling raising methods. Under seedlings raising on dry land bed, rooting ability of IIyou 162 was stronger than that of Kyou 047, but it was weaker that of Kyou 047 under seedling raising on dry land bed and on plastic tray. ABA content of roots and rooting joint for seedlings raising on dry land bed was lower and GA content was higher than that of seedlings raising on wet land bed and on plastic tray. The ABA content of root was significant negative correlated with total roots length, and the GA content of roots was significant or highly significantly positive correlated with total length, weight and amount of roots.
