摘 要 ：本文研究~(137)Csγ射线诱发水稻根尖细胞染色体畸变的剂量效应和相对生物效应(RBE),结果表明,单桥、双桥和多极类型的染色体畸变剂量效应曲线适于Y=AX~B模型拟配。多桥、微核、断片和中期效应类型的剂量效应曲线适于 Y=X/(A+BX)模型拟配,落后类型和细胞染色体畸变的剂量效应曲线适于配以 Y=A+BX 模型。以~(60)Coγ射线为比较基准,~(137)Csγ射线诱发根尖细胞各类染色体畸变的相对生物效应(RBE)为0.73±0.15。

Abstract:In order to investigate the dose effect and relative biological effect (RBE)on chromosomal aberration in root-tip,the dry seeds of rice variety"Guang Lu"dwarf No.4 were irradiated by ~(137)Cs γ-rays with diff- erent doses.The dose effect curves for chromosomal aberrations were fitted as follows:single bridge,double-bridge,and multipolar were by the model Y=AS~B;for multibridge,mieronuclei,breakage and metaphase abnomality by the model Y=X/(A+BX);for the lagging type and cell chromosomal aberration by the model Y=A+BX.In comparison with the ~(60)Co γ-rays,the relative biological effects(RBE)for chromosomal aberration induced by ~(137)Cs γ-rays was 0.73±0.15.
