摘 要 ：作者研究了ＴＭＶ侵染后烟草叶片中完整叶绿体的荧光光谱与生理学特性：６８５ｎｍ与７４０ｎｍ荧光强度之比升高，放氧放降低，完整叶绿体数目下降，结合ＴＭＶ侵染后烟叶荧光主特征变化，分析讨论了ＴＭＶ侵染过程引起的病理变化及其机制。
