摘 要 ：应用主成分分析方法,综合评价了54个棉花种质铃期(棉红铃虫二代)和吐絮期(棉红铃虫三代)的抗性,结果抗性种质分别有9个(占16.7％)和4个(7.4％),感性种质分别有15个(27.8％)和28个(51.9％),其它属于中间类型。比较种质铃期和吐絮期对棉红铃虫的抗性,铃期抗性表现随棉红铃虫的世代延续,种群数量增大,呈不稳定性。鉴以吐絮期抗性表现是在当年棉红铃虫种群压力最大时的结果,因此认为,抗性鉴定以吐絮期为适。综合指标(又称主成分)能更好地发现和评价种质的抗虫性,但进一步作抗性分级须继续探索。
