摘 要 ：SRAP与TRAP是最近发展的新型分子标记系统,具有简便、高效、重复性好等优点,已在园艺植物遗传育种和种质资源研究的各个方面得到广泛应用.本文介绍了SRAP和TRAP标记的原理、特点,综述了这两种新型分子标记在园艺植物遗传图谱构建、遗传多样性分析以及比较基因组学研究等方面的应用,并对其应用前景进行了展望.
