摘 要 ：采用改进的异硫氰酸胍法提取高质量三七总RNA,运用RT-PCR方法克隆了三七GAPDH基因的部分序列,长度为627 bp,编码209个氨基酸,为半定量RT-PCR以及Real-time RT-PCR等技术在三七植物研究中的应用提供了条件.氨基酸序列比对结果表明,该序列与拟南芥、烟草、人参的GAPDH氨基酸序列的同源性分别为91%、93%、95%;核苷酸序列的同源性分别为82%、84%、85%.
