摘 要 ：沙棘果汁中可溶性固形物含量是衡量沙棘果实品质的重要指标之一。本研究报道青藏高原沙棘果实的不同生长期、不同产地、不同类型和不同海拔高度及不同储藏温度下，其果汁中可溶性固形物的含量及其变化规律，为青藏高原沙棘资源的开发利用，为合理选择沙棘原料基地和确定最佳采果期提供科学依据。
