摘 要 ：以乙腈—磷酸梯度洗脱，用高效液相色谱法建立山茱萸药材的指纹图谱。用方法学考察，表明其精密度高，重现性好。实验测定多批样品图谱，共确定10个共有指纹峰，采用相关系数法计算不同样品指纹图谱之间相似度，结果表明指纹图谱相似度大小与药材品质有关。
