摘 要 ：利用根癌农杆菌(Agrobacterium tumefacienst)介导法将嵌合基因P SAG12-ipt导人樱桃番茄，经双重PCR检测和基因组总DNA Southern杂交测验，共获得17株转基因植株。田间生长实验观察结果显示，这17株转基因植株生长发育及形态正常，但其中的14株长势明显好于对照。对14株中的2株进行叶片叶绿素、细胞分裂素检测结果表明，转基因植株基本定型叶下部，不同叶位叶片叶绿素、细胞分裂素含量明显高于对照，基本定型叶上部叶片与对照基本一致，同一叶位叶片比对照延缓衰老15～20d。
