摘 要 ：用扫描电镜研究了3个转BADH基因水稻品系52—7、51—15和51—22叶片的气孔特征，观察发现52—7具有少气孔性和小气孔性，气孔不具明显的边缘优势效应；而51—15和51—22不具这些特性。52—7叶片的气孔特征能增强其保水能力，加强代谢和运输，促进植株的生长发育，提高单株籽粒产量；BADH基因的表达能提高52—7、51—15和51—22的耐旱性，达到高产。
