摘 要 ：利用水蒸气蒸馏方法从陕西栽培的核桃品种西洛3号提取了核桃叶挥发性物质，用GC／MS法分离确定出20种化学成分，其中主要成分(相对含量)为萜类(84．89％)、芳香烃(3．9％)和酯类(1．34％)化合物，占总检出量约90．84％。

Abstract:An essential oil was extracted from Juglans regia L. (Xiluo No.3) grown in Shaanxi Province by hydrodistillation. 20 volatile components of the oil were identified by GC-MS. The main components are terpenoids (84.89%),aromatics (3.9%),and esters (1.34%).
