摘 要 ：从地理分布、生理生态、形态解剖学、系统分类学、化学成分等五个方面，对近年来大血藤属(Sargentodoxa)研究的主要进展作一综述，并列举了一些重要结果，同时对目前该属植物研究过程中尚存在的问题及今后的研究方向作了简单的评论。大血藤属与木通科的亲缘关系；大血藤属植物的花性，尤其是其外形上的两性花中的雄蕊的退化程度、可育性及单叶血藤是否成立都是仍有争议的问题。我们认为今后应加强对该属植物的生殖生物学研究。
